Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
Products must be:

in the condition you received them,
-
in the original packaging, and
-
accompanied by the sales receipt.

*ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN NUMBER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT.
We cannot accept returns on books, patterns, videos, software, paints, enamels, chemicals, or special order items. We do not accept returns on any product sold from our Scratch-n-Dent Department. *Please note that BEFORE you return any item(s), you must contact us via email to request a return number. Orders will be returned back to you without an authorization return number.
Shipping costs for all returned items are the responsibility of the party returning the items. Due to their unique nature, return of the following items will incur a 20% restocking charge:
Kilns, Sandblasting Equipment, and Polishing Equipment.
